Refund policy

Once payment has been processed your products are not eligible for cash return. All products offered on www.lineij-atelier.com and by LINĒIJ™ are hand crafted, as a result www.lineij-atelier.com and LINĒIJ™, does not offer cash refunds on any of its products. Item(s) can be returned for website credit, or each item purchased can be exchanged once, if they are not bespoke. Should the items be received damaged and deemed the fault of www.lineij-atelier.com, the client may return the items at no additional cost, but www.lineij-atelier.com must be notified within 2-3 calendar days.
